Our Story

We are a small (2 team) football club that was formed in 2001 by a group of dads who mistakenly thought they could play football better than their children.

We have fielded a team in the Dunedin men's masters competition for 25 years and recently expanded to two teams through amalgamation with a Harbourside team. We now have teams in both the Masters 35+ and 45+ grades.

We welcome players who want to get involved, work hard for their teammates, and enjoy each other's company after the final whistle.

We have a very diverse membership, often drawing on players who are new to Dunedin or don't have affiliations with more established local clubs.

Our home games are played at The Oval in Princes St. We don't have our own clubrooms but we are very social and have our after-match get togethers at a local hotel. Because we have no clubrooms, we have no overhead costs and can keep our playing fees to a minimum to ensure that cost is not a barrier to participation
